tincan (the "Service") is a web-based voice chat service that connects users instantly via a shared link — no sign-up or app installation required. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to users aged 14 and older. If you are under 14, you may not use the Service.

3. Using the Service

The Service works by entering a temporary nickname and joining a voice chat room. No account creation or personal registration is required.

• You can create a room link or join using a shared link instantly.
• Nicknames are deleted immediately after the connection ends and are not stored on servers.
• Voice audio is transmitted in real time between participants only and is never recorded or stored.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Transmitting or facilitating illegal content
• Disrupting the Service or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Impersonating any other person
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for data loss, connection failures, or any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service uses LiveKit for voice chat infrastructure and Google AdSense for advertising. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies apply independently.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in our policies or applicable law. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
